MaxisAgent ("the Extension") is an AI assistant for Oracle NetSuite. This policy explains what data the Extension handles and how. 本扩展是面向 Oracle NetSuite 的 AI 助手,本政策说明我们如何处理数据。

1. What we collect / 我们收集什么

• Account info / 账户信息: your email address (for sign-in, plan/quota management). 你的邮箱(用于登录、套餐与配额管理)。
• Conversation content & attachments / 对话内容与附件: the messages, images and files you send in the Extension are transmitted to AI model providers to generate responses. 你在扩展中发送的消息、图片、文件会被发送给 AI 模型提供商以生成回复。
• Usage metrics / 用量指标: token counts and request counts, used only to enforce your plan quota. 仅用于配额计量的 token 数与请求数。

2. What we do NOT collect / 我们不收集

• NetSuite credentials / NetSuite 凭证: we never collect or transmit your NetSuite username, password or tokens. The Extension operates only within your already–logged–in NetSuite browser session. 我们从不收集或上传你的 NetSuite 账号、密码或令牌;扩展只在你已登录的 NetSuite 会话内操作。
• We do not sell your data and do not serve ads. 我们不出售你的数据,也不投放广告。

3. NetSuite data / NetSuite 数据

When you ask the Extension to read or change NetSuite records, it acts within your own NetSuite session and permissions, on your instruction. Record data may be sent to the AI model provider transiently to fulfil your request; we do not persistently store your NetSuite business records on our servers. 扩展按你的指令、在你自身的 NetSuite 会话与权限内读写记录;为完成请求,记录数据可能临时发送给 AI 模型提供商;我们不在服务器持久化存储你的 NetSuite 业务数据。

4. Third parties / 第三方

To generate AI responses, conversation content is processed by AI model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) under their respective privacy terms. 为生成回复,对话内容由 AI 模型提供商(如 OpenAI、Anthropic)按其隐私条款处理。

5. Storage & retention / 存储与保留

Settings, conversation history and assets are stored locally in your browser. Account email, plan and usage counters are stored on our proxy server for the purpose of providing the service. You may request deletion at any time via the contact email. 设置、对话历史、素材存储在你本地浏览器;账户邮箱、套餐、用量计数存储于我们的代理服务器以提供服务;你可随时通过联系邮箱申请删除。

6. Security / 安全

Traffic to our server uses HTTPS. Access tokens are compared in constant time. NetSuite credentials never leave your browser. 与服务器通信使用 HTTPS;访问令牌采用常数时间比较;NetSuite 凭证从不离开浏览器。

7. Children / 未成年人

The Extension is a professional tool not directed to children under 13. 本扩展为专业工具,不面向 13 岁以下儿童。

8. Changes / 变更

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change accordingly. 我们可能更新本政策,届时更新顶部日期。
